About

This is a place for writing that comes from doing things and paying attention to what happened.

I’ve spent thirty years in technology, and along the way I’ve accumulated notes, observations, and half-formed ideas that deserve more than a drawer. Some are about the body — fasting, movement, what the old Vedic texts actually ask you to do and what happens when you try. Some are about books that changed how I think. Some are rough sketches of ideas I’m still working out.

Nothing here is final. Each piece is a checkpoint — what I understood at the time of writing. Some will be revised as my thinking evolves. That’s the point.

In a world of automatically generated content, the only thing left that’s irreplaceable is our empirical experience. Practising something, observing what happens, writing it down — that’s proof of our consciousness moving through time.

This is my version of that.
